There’s nothing in this linked post that you don’t already know but I was asked by Family Fund to write about our support crew and who it involved. For me having a support crew is all about allowing certain people into your life so they see the bits that no-one else can see; the bits you find challenging, the bits you want to scream at and the bits that you just want to share with your nearest and dearest.
